The reports are including all emergency opening for all safes,which staff member has used the SLU unit ,what operations have been performed and at what time and date. The reports can be printed out or viewed on your PC screen at any time. Our software can be installed easily on your personal computer with all Windows software platform.
You will find indepth features and attention to detail that includes:
ROOM SAFE USAGE REPORT – This option will enable you to view the audit report of the safes that were downloaded to your SLU unit for the period you would like to view. The information includes all the openings and the closings of the safe and by whom including date and time for each event. You will be able to view room safe reports according to the downloads of the SLU unit to the software. Room safe audit reports that were not downloaded to the software will not be able to be viewed.You will need first to select the room number safe you like to view and the period. The audit report of the safe will be displayed on your screen, you will be able to view the information and print.
READ DATA FROM LOGGER. – The key 'Read Data' allows you to download all audit reports from the SLU unit to the software after connecting to your PC. The data reports are passed to the software automatically according to the data audit memory of the SLU unit for all the safes data that were downloaded according to the safes' room no.
LOGGER REPORT – By this option you will be able to view all the audit reports for the SLU unit itself for all users including their ID no.s and names including the operation that has been performed on the unit with the time and date for each event. You will need first to select the period for the audit you require. The audit will be displayed on your screen and you will be able to view the information and print.
EMERGENCY OPEN REPORT – By choosing this option, you will be able to get an Audit report for only the emergency opening procedures that were carried out with the SLU unit by all staff users including their ID no.s and names. The report includes the time and date for each room safe no. that was opened by emergency procedure with the SLU unit. This is a report to check only the emergency procedure carried out by the SLU unit for all staff users. You will need first to select the period for the audit you choose. The audit will be displayed on your screen and you will be able to view the information and print.
